I hope these notes will provide clues as to the location of these people
during this period of time. I have attempted to keep the spelling of the names as I saw them
in the records.

Neither party appeared in court. Case dismissed. Court ordered that Beard and Foshee, his
security on appeal, pay court costs.

They testified that they were indebted to Scott in the sum of $100 due 25 December 1845 and
$39.74 due 25 December 1846. Plaintiff to recover from defendants $100.99 and costs incurred
with the further sum of $39.74 being due on 25 December 1846.

Robert Parker vs Horace Ware, garnishee of Cicero D. R. Woodruff - p. 184
Horace Ware failed to appear. Robert Parker to recover from Ware $317, the amount of the
plaintiff's debt, unless Horace Ware appear at the next term of court and show cause why
this judgment should not be made.
