In the name of God Amen.

I John Cammack being sound in mind and memory but getting frail in body do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament that is to say that after paying all my just and lawful debts out of my estate to wit I leave and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Margret Cammack all of my lands that I hold in Bibb County that is the land that I live on including all of my plantation and improvements during her lifetime to have the full use and benefits thereof also I leave to my wife four of my negro slaves to wit Austin and Jinney July and Joshua and all of my household furniture and all of my horses eight cows and calves and my sheep and hogs and at my wifes Margret Cammacks death the above mentioned property to be sold and equally divided among the Legatees as follows one equal part to my son David Cammack and part to my son John Cammack and one part to my son Michael Cammack also the other parts of my estate slaves and other property to be sold as the law dire! cts as soon as practicable after my deceas[e] and to be divided as follows to wit I leave to the bodily heirs of my daughter Sally Owens decd who was the wife of William Owens the sum of one dollar also I leave to the bodily heirs of my daughter Anna Evins the sum of one dollar also I leave to my daughter M?? the wife of Zadoc Wyatt the sum of one dollar also I leave to my son Samuel Cammack the sum of one dollar and all the debts that he owes ??? (page torn, word missing) to be given ?? (page torn) him Also I leave to my daughter Margret Griffin the wife of Isaac Griffin the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars and a note for one hundred dollars that the said Isaac Griffin owes me that I leave to be given up to the said Margret Griffin Also I leave my son Lewis Cammack the sum of one hundred dollars and the remaining parts or amounts to be divided equally between my sons David Cammack John Cammack and Michael Cammack and I do appoint and ?? nominate my sons John Cammack and! Michael Cammack my whole and soul executors and do by these presents authorize them to settle and dispose of all my estate both real and personal in the way and manner herein directed Given under my hand and seal the 26th of December 1831. 

And acknowledged in presents of us to be

Orphans Court, May Sitting 1834
[p. 24] Michael Cammack, exe. of estate of John Cammack, dec., presented accounts to the court. . . . "It is therefore considered by the court that the said Michael Cammack executor as aforesaid to pay over said sum in the following manner to wit, To the legal heirs of Sally Owens, daughter of said testator one dollor To the legal heirs of A?ie Evans daughter of said testator one dollar To the legal heirs of Mary Wyatt daughter of said Testator one dollor To Samuel Cammack one dollor To Isaac Griffin one hundred and fifty dollars To Lewis Cammack one hundred dollars and the balance to be divided into three equal shares as follows To wit
[p. 25] To David Cammack three hundred and fifty seven dollars and seventy six cents To the legal representatives of John Cammack deceased three hundred and fifty seven dollars and sixty six cents and that said Michael Cammack be permitted to retain to his own use the sum of three hundred and fifty seven dollars and sixty six cents all of which is adjudged ordered and decreed accordingly."
