"CROCKER, LEONARD B. Enlisted at age 19 at Marion, Alabama January 24, 1862. [see CSA 28th] In October of 1862 was on detailed service as a nurse in Bardstown, Kentucky. Was P.O.W.there. Exchanged at Vicksburg, Miss. from the U.S. Steamer Maria Denning, November 15, 1862. Reenlisted for duration of the war at Dalton, Georgia January 23, 1864. He was born November 18, 1842 and died June1, 1912. Buried at Mt. Olive Church Cemetery on Highway #183, 24 miles east of Centerville Bibb County, Alabama. He was the son of Crawford Crocker and Fannie (Blakey)* Crawford."

She is buried Oakmulgee Cemetery which is listed on your Web Site" states descendent Jim Crocker and adds :"Crawford Crocker was my Great, Great Grandfather's Brother".
