Many graves at Tabernacle Cemetery are marked with stones that have been eroded or broken off (see photo above).  Some of the burials that could not be located in 2012 must have had legible stones when the Newells surveyed the cemetery in 1958.  But even back then, several inscriptions were hard to decipher.  ~ Chip Collins, 8/24/2012
