Seaborn Andrew Carroll, Truck Victim, Died Sunday In Gadsden

Seaborn Andrew Carroll, 59, died Sunday afternoon at 2:10 o'clock, from injuries received when hit by a motor truck near his home on Ewing Avenue at 8:30 o'clock Saturday night. He received a fracture of the skull and other injuries. Funeral services for Mr. Carroll were held at Forest Home church, a few miles west of Boaz, at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, Rev. R. E. Herring and the Rev. D. Plunkett, officiating. Burial was made in Forest Home cemetery. Mr. Carroll was an Odd Fellow and a member of the Textile Workers of America; also a deacon in the Mountainboro Church. He formerly lived near Mountainboro before going to Gadsden.
