MRS. MARY PITTMAN

Mrs. Mary Countiss Pittman, 72, formerly of Flat Rock, passed away Wednesday morning at her home in Cleveland, Tenn. She was born and reared in DeKalb County and was a member of the Church of God. She moved to Cleveland 16 months ago. She was a Christian woman and was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, J. A. Pittman, Cleveland; four sons, S. B., Mard, John and Robert Countess; nine grandchildren; two brothers, T. B. Keasler and Griff Keasler.

Funeral services were held at Payne's Chapel Friday afternoon with the Rev. Mr. Copeland and Rev. Mr. Guffey officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with McBryar Funeral Home in charge.
