On April 5, at her home two miles west of Fort Payne, Mrs. Lula Keefe, wife of Arthur Keefe, passed away after a short illness of three days. Mrs. Keefe was a consistent member of the Baptist church since girlhood, and was a devoted wife and mother who will be greatly missed from her circle. Besides the husband, several children survive. Funeral services were held at Shiloh, Sunday, Rev. Wooten conducting the services and Collins and Smith directing interment.
