JOHN FRICKS

John Fricks, of Menlo, Ga., passed away in a Trion hospital Wednesday morning following a lingering illness. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age. He had lived in the Menlo community about four years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fiora Fricks; one son Robert Fricks; three daughters, Mrs. Ines Puttey, Mrs. Cordie Sanford and Mrs. Minnie Ward; 17 grandchildren; three sister, Mrs. Cordie McArthur, Mrs. Edel McArthur, and Mrs. Fiorden Evers.

Funeral services were held at the Blanche Methodist Church with Rev. John Jennings and Rev. Virgil Blalock officiating. Burial was in the Davis cemetery with McBryar Funeral Home in charge.
