MRS. D. I. DURHAM, SR. DIES AT SECTION

As this newspaper goes to press the word comes of the passing early Tuesday morning of Mrs. Martha Chisenhall Durham, 98, at her home at Section after a long illness. She was the widow of the late D. I. Durham of that place and was one of the best loved women of Sand Mountain.

Funeral services were held at the Mt. Zion Church this (Wednesday) afternoon at 2:00 o'clock with Scottsboro Funeral Home in charge.
