Death of Lewis Croft.

Mr. Lewis Croft of Crossville died Saturday at Altoon, Etowah county where he had gone to spend a while with a son who lives at that place. Mr. Croft was 83 years old at the time of his death and had been a resident of DeKalb county ever since. He was a brother of Mrs. A. C. Copeland and J. H. Croft of this county and has three sons who live near Crossville. He lived a long life of usefulness and at a ripe old age has gone to his reward.
