NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 8rd, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on August 16th, 1895, viz: Daniel R. Young homestead entry No. 18898, for the E 1/2 of N W 1/4, section 24, township 5 south, range 10 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: William D. Thomas, John W. Snyder, Oscar R. Brown and William H. King, all of Mentone, Ala.
