NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 26th, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on September 7th, 1895, viz: Thomas L. Stewart, homestead entry No. 19137 for the W 1/2 N W 1/4 and W 1/2 S W 1/4 of section 30, township 6 south, range 7 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: Alexander Crawford, David H. Bearden, Francis N. Cook and James W. Cowart, all of Luttrell, Ala.
