NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 26th, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on September 6th, 1895, viz: John W. I. Scott homestead entry No. 19395 for the W 1/2 N E 1/4, S E 1-4 N E 1-4 and N W 1-4 S E 1-4, section 14, township 4 south, range 9 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: Hiram Beaty, Thomas J. Crow, Samuel J. Beaty and William B. Kerby, all of Ider, Ala.
