NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 3rd, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on August 16th, 1895, viz: James N. Hill homestead entry No. 18534 for the S E 1/4, section 20, township 4 south, range 9 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: Thomas H. Beaty, John Cooper Zillman Williams and Thomas W. Biddle, all of Pea Ridge, Ala.
