NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 26th, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on September 5th, 1895, viz: Robert W. Eidson, homestead entry No. 19369 for the E 1/2 and N E 1/4 and N E 1/4 S E 1/4 of section 30, township 7 south, range 9 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: Manuel Heston, William Z. Linsey, William T. Bolbrook and Thomas Keith, all of Fort Payne, Ala.
