NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.

Land office at Huntsville, Ala.
November 27, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court of DeKalb county, Alabama, at Fort Payne, on January 9, 1896, viz: Alexander L. Edgeworth, homestead entry No. 22281 for the ne 1/4 of nw 1/4, n 1/2 of ne 1/4 and a w 1/4 of ne 1/4 of section 28, township 7, range 7 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, said land, viz: Elisha Miller, James Wigley, William I. Houston and William Farmer, all of Floy, Ala.
