NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 26th, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at Fort Payne, Ala., on September 6th, 1895, viz: Thomas J. Crow adjoining farm homestead entry No. 18535 for the N W 1-4 S E 1-4 and S E 1-4 S E 1-4 of section 26, township 4 south, range 9 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: John W. I. Scott, Hiram Beaty, William R. Kerby and Samuel J. Beaty, all of Ider, Ala.
