NOTICE OF MAKING FINAL PROOF.	

Land Office at Huntsville, Ala.,
July 10th, 1895.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the Circuit court at DeKalb County, at Fort Payne, Ala., on August 22nd, 1895, viz: John S. Coley homestead entry No. 10941 for the W 1/2 S E 1/4 and E 1/2 S W 1/4, section 24, township 6, range 8 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of, said land, viz: Jefferson D. Moore, Nathaniel W. McCurdy, Edmond B. Samply and Walker Stewart, all of Blake, Ala.
