From Will Book 2, pp. 12-21: Oct. 30, 1867. John T. Parker, as extr. of will of Noah Parker, Sr., presented said will for probate. Said Noah Parker, Sr. died 3 Oct. 1867, in Butler Co., Ala. Frances Parker, the widow, resides in Butler Co. Will proved 16 Dec. 1867.

2. Elisha Parker
3. Noah Parker
4. William Hawthorn Parker
5. Samuel Parker
6. Jane, wife of John W. Leflin (or J. M. Leflin)
    all of whom reside in Butler Co. and

8. Mary Conadee (or Kenedy), wife of L. D. Conadee, residing in Texas
9. Eliza, wife of Andrew Searcy, res. in Lowndes Co., Ala.
10. Elizabeth, wife of Morton Savill, res. in Fla.
11. Sarah A. M., wife of Wm. Hinson, res. in Fla.
12. Franklin Parker, a minor, res. in Butler Co.

p. 22.

May 10, 1853. On ___ day of _____, 185__. James Norman was appointed admr. of estate of Daniel B. McDonald, dec'd, and on 12 April 1853, at night, all the records were burned. Francis Sheppard was security on the bond of Norman.  The property belonging to the estate was sold on 11 Jan 1853.

May 14, 1855.  E. H. Pickens was apptd. gdn. ad litem to represent the minor heir, ______ McDonald.

p. 440-41.

July 23, 1855. Final settlement of estate of Daniel B. McDonald. Two heirs named: Frances R. McDonald, and E. Ophelia McDonald, a minor.
