J. A. Marlow Died Following Long Illness

J. A. Marlow, 62, died at noon on February 18 at his home near here, following a long illness.

Mr. Marlow is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Garland McClanahan, Mrs. W. R. Perry, Miss Mary Emma Marlow, of Hartselle; Miss Esther Marlow, of Decatur; two sons, Odas Marlow, of Hartselle and Wade Hall Marlow, of Hartselle Route 3; two sisters, Mrs. Andy Cornelius, of Albertville and Mrs John Martin, of Guntersville; one brother, Virgil Marlow, of Aspermont, Texas.

Funeral rites were conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Bethel Church by the Rev. Frank Smith and interment was made there with Peck directing.
