FRANCES (Frankie) GRANTLAND

Funeral services for Frances (Frankie) Grantland, 65, of Somerville Route Three, were conducted Monday, October 29, at 2:00 pm at Antioch United Methodist Church with the Revs Brady McCulloch and John Walker officiating.

Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mrs Grantland died Saturday, October 27, at her residence. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church and a retired bookkeeper and secretary for Joe Wheeler Electric Membership Cooperative in Hartselle.

She is survived by her husband, E. O. Grantland of Somerville Route Three; three sons, Gary Grantland and Ronnie Grantland, both of Hartselle, and Jerry Grantland of Somerville; her father, William Gilbert Johnson of Somerville; two brothers, John Johnson and A. D. Johnson, both of Somerville; two sisters, Mollie Bowling of Somerville and Mary Girodo of Decatur; and eight grandchildren.

Pallbearers were members of Antioch United Methodist Church.
