JAS. CRUTCHFIELD CALLED BY DEATH

James Crutchfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Crutchfield of Hartselle, succumbed last night at 11:40 o'clock following an illness of a year at the parents' home. Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at three o'clock at Bethel by Rev. N. H. Abernathy, interment being made in the chapel cemetery.

The deceased, a widely beloved Hartselle resident, was 26 years of age. He is survived by his parents, four sisters, Stella, Willie Maud, Dorothy and Sesther.
