Funeral for Sandra Ann McCulloch Clemons, 29, of Decatur, will be Thursday, September 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Berry officiating.

Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Hartselle.

Mrs. Clemons died Tuesday, September 12, at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur.

She is survived by her husband, David Eugene Clemons of Decatur; two sons, Brandon Eugene Clemons and James Gregory McCulloch, both of Decatur; her father, Willie P. McCulloch of Decatur; her mother, Carrie Sue Kilpatrick of Decatur; three brothers, Charles McCulloch and Steven McCulloch, both of Decatur, and Robert McCulloch of Caddo; and five sisters, Joyce Ann Tidwell and Elaine Church, both of Moulton, Patricia Reeves of Trinity, and Debbie McCulloch and Karen McCulloch, both of Decatur.
