MARY EMMA ISLEY died of heart failure and measles. She was born June 2, 1872, was the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Pope of Morgan County. She married at the age of 19 to Eddie L. Isley. She was a member of the Baptist Church until her marriage, then she joined the Methodist Church. She was buried at Bethel Church Cemetery, on Monday, January 20. Services were conducted by Rev. T. B. McCain. She leaves a husband and three children.....
