My gggrandmother, Tempe Deal Gamble (1830-1911).
Tempe was the daughter of Ezekiel Deal Sr and his wife Edith Cole Deal of NC,
then Burke CO, GA to Henry CO, AL.
Tempe married John Gamble Jr from GA and lived her entire life in Henry CO
as a farmer after her husband died in the Civil War.
Tempe and her family lived in Shorterville, AL.
