A BOAZ COUPLE

Married in the Court House Here Last Friday.

The new marriage license record for Etowah county was initiated last Friday morning about 11 o'clock by a couple who hailed from Boaz, and they were accompanied by a goodly crowd of people from that section.

W. F. Morris, aged 29 years, had made love to Miss Lenna L. Spradlin, a little lady of fifteen summers, and they wanted to be married. Her father was dead but they brought along the written consent of her mother, and in a few moments Joe S. Moragne had issued the license and pronounced the words that made them man and wife and they looked as happy as two doves.
