The following telegram relates the marriage of James Hood, a Gadsden boy, who formerly was connected with the Western Union here. His many friends will wish him joy: Tuscaloosa, July 24 - News has been received in Tuscaloosa of the marriage of two popular young people of this place in Madison, Neb. Several weeks ago Miss Annie Forster, the pretty daughter of Mr. J. Forster of this place, left for a visit to relatives in Nebraska and was shortly afterwards followed by Mr. James Hood, the Western Union manager at this place, and the two were made one. There was objection on the side of the young lady's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Hood are expected home this week.
