FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE, at Huntsville, Ala., March 15, 1899, NOTICE is hereby given that the following-named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on April 26th, 1899, viz:

H. E. No. 25644 for the fraction "F" of section 5, township 12, range 7 east. JAMES WOFFORD.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: Elijah Adams, Alvin C. Wofford, Moris Wofford, of Hokes Bluff, Ala., Augustus Lindsey, of Gadsden, Ala.
