FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., February 10th, 1898. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on April 5th, 1898, viz: Francis M. Taylor. Homestead entry No. 21484, for the SE 1/2 of NE 1/4 of section 26, township 16, range 6 east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: Amos J. Bradley, James E. Beleher, Noah Malone, James J. Walker, all of Keener, Alabama.
