FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., August 19, 1885. - Notice is hereby given that the following-named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the judge or in his absence the clerk of the circuit court of Etowah county, at Gadsden, Ala., on the 3d of October, 1885. Homestead entry No. 9368, for the S 1/2 of NW 1/4, and additional homestead entry No. 14182, for the E 1/3 of SW 1/4, of section 12, township 12, range 7 E.
