FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

Department of the Interior, Land Office at Montgomery, Ala., Aug. 22, 1907

Notice is hereby given that Joseph W. Prichard of Murrycross, Ala., has file notice of his intention to make final five years' proof in support of his claim, viz: Homestead Entry No. 26449, H. S., made May 7, 1900, for the ne 1-4 sw 1-4, section 21, township 11 s, range 8 e, H. M., and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the city court of Gadsden, Ala., on Oct. 15, 1907.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, said land:
James P Freeman, John A. Wagnon, John H. Helms, Peter L. Wagnon, all of Murrycross, Ala.
