FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., Feb. 17, 1899. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on March 28th, 1899, viz: The NS 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 21, T 11, R S, east.
