FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., July 30, 1885. - Notice is hereby given that the following-named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the judge or in his absence the clerk of the circuit court of Etowah county, at Gadsden, Ala., on the 18th of September, 1885. Homestead entry No. 10798, for the W 1/2 of NE1/4 of section 30, township 12, range 7, east.
