FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., August 7, 1885. - Notice is hereby given that the following-named settlers has filed notice of their intention to make final proof in support of their claims, and that said proof will be made before the judge or in his absence the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on the 26th of September, 1995, viz: Homestead entry No. 8630, for the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4, section 12, township 11, range 6, east.
