FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., January 28, 1898. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on March 11th, 1898, viz: Homestead entry No. 22710, for the E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of section 26, township 10, range 5, east.

She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: John C. Rollins of Fenton, Ala., James J. Gray, of Avery, Ala., Elias Thrasher, of Mountainboro, Ala., and Thomas Kelley, of Avery, Ala.
