FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

Department of the Interior, Land Office at Montgomery, Ala., Aug. 3, 1907

Notice is hereby given that Daniel McCoy of Hokes Bluff, Ala., has filed notice of his intention to make final five years' proof in support of his claim, viz: Homestead Entry No. 27166, H. S., made January 22, 1902, for the sw 1-4 nw 1-4 and nw 1-4 sw 1-4 sec. 32 and ne 1-4 ne 1-4 sec. 31, township 11 s, range 8 E. H. and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the city court at Gadsden, Ala., on Sept. 14, 1907.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, the land: 
viz: Daniel M. McCoy, James H. Dover, Lee Lipscomb, Wilson Edwards, all of Hokes Bluff, Ala.
