FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

Department of the Interior, Land Office at Montgomery, Ala., Nov. 20, 1906. Notice is hereby given that Charles B. Hibbs of Mountainboro, Ala., has filed notice of his intention to make final five-years' proof in support of his claim, viz:

Homestead Entry No. 26163, H. S. made Dec. 4, 1899, for the ne 1-4 sw 1-4, Section 26, Township 10 s, Range 5 e, Huntsville meridian, and that said proof will be made before the Clerk of the City Court at Gadsden, Ala., on Jan. 15, 1907.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, the land, viz:

Cain M. Noojin, James M. Noojin, George W. Thrasher, John B. Noojin, all of Mountainboro, Ala.
