FINAL PROOF NOTICE.

Department of the Interior, Land Office at Montgomery, Ala., October 29, 1908

Notice is hereby given that James B. Brown of Ball Play, Ala., who, on July 6, 1908, made Homestead entry No. 27830, H. S. Serial No. 6781 for s 1-2 of the se 1-4, section 35, township 11 south, range 8 east, Huntsville meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final five years proof to establish claim to the land above described, before clerk of the city court at Gadsden, Ala., on the 9th day of Dec., 1908.

Claimant names as witnesses: Arthur Tumlin, Henry Tumlin, Frank B Head, Joseph M. Pike, all of Ball Play, Ala.
