NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION.

LAND OFFICE at Huntsville, Ala., Feb. 1, 1899. 
Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the circuit court at Gadsden, Ala., on March 21, 1899, viz:  H. E. No. 23275 for the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, and NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 15, T 11, R 6, east.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: Thomas P. Hill, William T. Glenn, John W. Sauls, Robert. B. Means, all of Brice, Ala.
