Aircrash in the Pacific
JAMES GRIFFIN NICHOLS: James enlisted in the United States Air Force in the mid 1950s. He was on board a USAF MATS transport en route from Travis Air Force Base in California to Tachakawa Air Force Base in Japan when it crashed into the Pacific killing all aboard. The aircraft, as well as any of the bodies, were never found.
