Syble E Purser

     Mrs. Syble E. Purser 76, died Monday 29, 2000 at Shoals Hospital. The funeral service will be Wednesday May 31, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Full Gospel Tabernacle. Mrs. Purser will lie in state 10-11 a.m. at the church, Nathan Fleetwood officiating; Interment will follow in Shaw Cemetery.
     She was s member of Full Gospel Tabernacle.
     She is survived by her husband William Purser, daughters Shirley Morgan, Linda Page, Wanda Tomlinson, sons Bobby Purser and Curtis Purser, Sister Clara Davis, 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

     William Tennis Purser, 84, of Tuscumbia, died Thursday Aug. 19, 2004.
     Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia. His funeral service will be Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Tommy James will officiate, with burial in Shaw Cemetery.
     Mr. Purser was a native of Lawrence County.
     Survivors include his sons, Bobby Purser and Curtis Purser; daughters, Linda Page, Shirley Morgan and Wanda Tumlison; five sisters; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
     Family will serve as pallbearers.
     Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, is directing
