Neill MCEACHERN, b. 1833, NC, and wife Permelia Jane (REYNOLDS), b. 1839, Monroe
Co, GA, and their son James Herbert, b. 1858, AL, lived next door to Neill's
parents--Archibald and Mary (Monroe) McEachern--in Twp 16, Range 12, 1860 Census
for Calhoun County, AL. Living in the same Twp/Range, in 1860, were Duncan
MCEACHERN, b. 1803, NC, and wife Elizabeth (MCDANIEL), b. 1812, GA. I believe
this Duncan to have been brother to Archibald. This is based on a wartime letter
that Permelia Jane wrote home to GA, and wherein she mentioned that "Uncle
Duncan" had moved to Texas. Duncan and Eliza indeed found in Erath Co., TX, for
1880 Census. Missing in the 1870 Census. The Upson Co., GA, descendants of James
Herbert McEachern say that Neill (possibly also known as James) died in VA of
fever during the CW. I have exhausted all available sources and can not
associate Neill with any CSA unit out of Calhoun nor with any other AL link.
Neill's brother, Duncan MCEACHERN , b. 1840, NC, enlisted in the 3rd AL Calvary
in 1862 at Jacksonville. Duncan survived the war and married Marguerite Isabelle
Brock in 1869. Widowed Permelia Jane McEachern was enumerated in the 1866 Census
for Calhoun--next door to Neill's brother, Malcom McEachern and wife Louiza
Annie Teague. Permelia returned to Upson County following 1866 and married
William Thomas Black in 1875. Is there a CSA buff that can help me find Neill's
military association and/or interment site in VA? I have checked all rosters of
those units recruited out of Calhoun County and I have checked all interments of
AL soldiers in VA.--all to no avail.

The 1824 St Clair County, AL, will 0f Absolom AUTREY indicates that his son
George and his brothers, Enoch and James were given property on the Logan Martin
Lake adjacent to Calhoun County. This George AUTREY also bought some property in
1837 located in what is now Ft McCellan and Anniston Military Reservation.
Property records indicate George's wife was named Mary. Could this Mary and
George be the same Mary Ann PRICE and George Autrey who had a marriage bond in
Perry County on 26 Dec 1825/6? Mary Ann PRICE's kin later moved from Perry
County to Benton County (now Calhoun County) and in some census reports appeared
to be located close to George AUTREY. Other later records indicate George's
middle initial was "W" and that he moved to Rusk and then Cherokee County,
Texas, before 1850. Any information on Mary Ann or George would be greatly
appreciated.

I was lost in the foster care system 43 years ago. My Mom was a Finch. Her Mom
was a Hale. My Dad was a Brothers. His Mom was a Baker. My children were lost in
the foster care system as well. My eldest child never got some of the Christmas
presents and other birthday gifts since 1997. The State of ALabama has done
everything they can to cover this up. We are all survivors of the Monsanto
contamination and need your help. My son ran away from a facility to Ed Wilson's
granddaughter's house in St. Clair County. He doesn't understand that he needs
some tests, genetic as well as monitoring tests for the PCB, Mercury, damage, as
well as as other chemicals such as lead/titianium around him as a young child
that will aggravate the preexisting genetic damage and neurobehavioral affects
and systemic damage this causes and will cause for generations. His name is
Kelan Sean Davis. He has a false id under McLain and a false social security
number. My medical records have been falsified by Monsanto scientists or
physicians who are part of the Monsanto funding network. You folks may remember
some of my distant cousins that used to perform on the Grand Ole Opry from the
Henegar, AL area. They were known as the Louvin Brothers. If you can help me in
contacting the attorneys for the plaintiffs and others relatives in the area, I
