I John S. Brooks of the County and State aforesaid being strong in mind but weak in health do this day make my last Will and Testament after Recommending my sole to God, I do hereby will and bequith to my Wife Sarah W. Brooks all the property that I may die seized of all the Lands tenements and hereditements that I may be seized of all property of every kind that I may have or may be coming to me in any way in maner that she shall pay all my debts out of what I may have and to hold and to have fee simple to dispose of in any way and maner that she may think proper after my death and that their shall be in no administration on my estate that she shall have full power to do Act in any manner that she may think proper with the same....Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 10th Oct. 1846.
